WHAT IF MY INSTRUMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Simply call us at 1-877-260-BAND within 5 days of receiving your instrument to report the damage and we'll get a new one out to you.

HOW DO I GET MY MONTHLY LEASE PAYMENTS TO YOU?

Lease payments will automatically be charged to your credit/debit card on the 10th of the month throughout the term of the lease. You may cancel the lease at any time by returning the instrument.

WHAT BRANDS OF BEGINNING BAND INSTRUMENTS DO YOU LEASE?

Because of manufacturers' advertising restrictions, we are unable to list some brands & models with a price. Therefore, many of our models are listed simply as "Name Brand". We are an authorized dealer for over 30 major name brand manufacturers.

DO YOU CHARGE INTEREST IN YOUR LEASE PROGRAM?

There are no interest or finance charges included in your lease. The total of payments equals only the discount selling price of the instrument. There is a $1.00 purchase fee, add sales tax if you are a S.D. resident.

IF MY CHILD'S INSTRUMENT IS IN NEED OF REPAIR WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We will repair your lease instrument free of charge at any time during the lease at our Yankton, S.D. location. You pay shipping costs in---we pay return shipping. Our service department will expedite prompt repair and return.

IF MY CHILD DECIDES TO PLAY ANOTHER INSTRUMENT, CAN I EXCHANGE?

You may exchange to another band instrument in like condition at any time during the lease. All payments made on the original instrument will be applied toward lease/payment of the second instrument. Returning instrument must be in good condition.

WHAT IF MY CHILD QUITS BAND OR I DECIDE TO NO LONGER LEASE THE INSTRUMENT?

If your child quits band or you want to cancel the lease, you may do so at any time by returning the instrument in good condition to Mollet Music, 416 Broadway Yankton, SD 57078. Lease payments must be up to date and are not refundable.
